Who It's For
Pellet stoves rarely look modern, and a modern room shows it. The stove should match the room. You need a stove with contemporary lines and finish choices, plus real heat. If your home leans modern, the Forge & Flame Allure50, powered by Harman technology, was made for it. Choose it and the stove reads as part of the design.
What Makes It Special
You choose its panels and columns: gloss black, gloss red, gloss white, brushed stainless, or satin black. The gloss and stainless panels pair with a glass front.
It carries 92 lb of pellets, runs a quiet variable-speed blower, and holds your temperature with a touch panel and wireless room sensor. The tinted hopper lid lights up so you can check fuel.
Possible Downsides
- Gloss and stainless panels need the glass front, sold separately.
- Satin black panels cannot take the glass front.
- A trained dealer installs the panels and the stove.
If you want a pellet stove that looks at home in a modern room, the Forge & Flame Allure50 is the right decision. Guests notice the stove before they notice it is a heater.
Choose panels and columns in gloss black, gloss red, gloss white, brushed stainless, or satin black, with a glass front for the gloss and stainless options, plus an outside temperature kit or a cast iron hearth pad.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much space will the Forge & Flame Allure50 heat?
The Forge & Flame Allure50 heats about 1,300–2,650 sq ft in most homes, depending on climate and layout. Quiet variable-speed fans and multidirectional airflow vents spread the warmth beyond the front of the stove, and the BTU input tops out at 52,600 per hour.
What colors does the Allure50 come in, and what's the glass front for?
You pick panels and columns in gloss black, gloss red, gloss white, brushed stainless, or satin black. The gloss and stainless panels require the glass front, sold separately, while satin black can't take it. A trained dealer installs the panels along with the stove.
How does the Allure50 hold the temperature I set?
The EASY Touch Control works with a wireless room sensor and an exhaust sensing probe to keep the room within one degree of your setting. The touch screen also offers scheduling, diagnostics, cleaning prompts, and a fuel gauge, and a backup sensor keeps heating if the wireless sensor's AA batteries die.
How big is the hopper, and what pellets can I burn in the Allure50?
The hopper holds 92 lb, and its tinted lid lights up so you can check the fuel level, or the control can remind you when it's low. Harman's PelletPro bottom-up feed is designed to burn any grade of wood pellet, though the manual says pellet moisture must not exceed 8%.
What happens to the Allure50 when the power goes out?
It stops heating, because its combustion blower needs 115-volt power, and exhaust can seep into the room. A Harman-approved UPS gives a safe, smoke-free shutdown, and an approved inverter/charger on a 12-volt deep cycle battery can keep it running for up to eight hours after a dealer setting change.
How close to a wall can the Allure50 sit?
In a standard install it needs only 2 inches from the back wall and 6 inches from a side wall, or 6-1/4 inches to the walls in a corner. It fits an alcove at least 42 inches tall and no more than 24 inches deep, and the minimum floor protection is 25-5/8 by 25-3/8 inches.
Is the Allure50 approved for a mobile home?
Yes, it's approved for mobile and manufactured homes when it isn't in a sleeping room. A Harman outside air kit must be installed, the stove must be grounded to the home's frame, and the venting must be listed Class PL or L pellet vent pipe.
What upkeep does the Allure50 need?
Scrape the burn pot each time you add pellets, or at least every three bags. Weekly, empty the concealed ash pan on low burn and clean the glass once the stove is cold, and monthly clean the heat exchanger, distribution fan, and igniter. A yearly Total Clean of the combustion fan and venting comes before each heating season.
The Harman Story
Harman was founded by Dane Harman, a welder, who built his first stove in 1978 and started Harman Stove and Welding beside his home in Halifax, Pennsylvania, in 1979. Its pellet stoves grew out of a patented coal stoker, with a bottom-feed burn pot that pushes ash out and a probe that feeds by temperature. Hearth & Home Technologies bought Harman in 2007, and since 2023 its stoves have been sold under the Forge & Flame name, “Powered by Harman Technology.”
