Who It's For
A traditional kitchen or living room can make a black stove look like it wandered in from a cabin. You need a stove that heats the house, gives you a place to cook, and suits a room with color in it. If your home is up to about 2,000 square feet and you want all three, the Alderlea T5 Classic is the one. Pick plain black and you keep the heat and the cooktop but lose the finish.
What Makes It Special
The T5 Classic is the Alderlea T5 finished in porcelain enamel: Ivory, Majolica Brown, or Red. The enamel wipes clean and holds its color, and the cast iron underneath gives heat back to the room the way the sun warms your face.
Lift the top for a concealed cooktop that fits a 6 x 13-inch pan, with swing-out warming shelves beside it. It burns with no electricity, logs load straight in, front to back, and a full load runs approx. 7–10 hours.
Possible Downsides
- The blower is optional, not included. Without it, the stove heats by radiation alone.
If you want a stove that heats the house, cooks a meal, and brings color into the room, the Alderlea T5 Classic is the right decision. The stove becomes the heart of the room, warm to sit by and handy to cook on.
The Alderlea T5 Classic comes in Ivory, Majolica Brown, or Red porcelain enamel, with an optional blower.

The Pacific Energy Story
Pacific Energy Fireplace Products was founded in 1978 by Paul Erickson in Duncan, British Columbia. It's best known for steel and cast-iron wood stoves, many finished in porcelain enamel from its own plant, and it also builds wood fireplaces, gas fireplaces, and gas stoves. The same company makes Town & Country gas fireplaces, True North, and Elegant Electric. Sweden's NIBE group became the majority owner in 2022, and NIBE's 2023 annual report lists the company as wholly owned.
