Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find the manual for my old Renaissance fireplace?

Find your model on this page. Each one links to the owner's manual, installation manual, or brochure we found. The model name and serial number are on the fireplace's rating label, and some links go to archived copies or third-party sites rather than the manufacturer.

Are parts still available for discontinued Renaissance models?

Usually, yes. ICC still builds Renaissance fireplaces in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, and its dealers order parts by model and serial number. The 30-year limited warranty covers parts for defects, with labor only in the first year, so ask a dealer before you plan a repair.

What replaced my discontinued Renaissance?

Where we know it, each entry lists the model that replaced it. Renaissance updates models under the same name, such as the Rumford 1000B and the newer 1000C, so check the current lineup too.
