Who It's For

Contemporary outdoor spaces deserve the same clean lines as the house, but most outdoor fires are rustic boxes or open burners. You need a linear fire built to stay outside all year. If your patio is modern and you want a long panorama of flame that doesn’t flinch in the wind, the WS54 Outdoor is the one. An open burner flickers with every gust; this one keeps the full width burning steadily behind glass.

What Makes It Special

Town & Country builds the WS54 Outdoor to withstand sub-zero temperatures, with 304 stainless steel reinforcing every exposed component.

Disappearing ceramic glass keeps the whole panorama of flame out of the wind. Choose Black Diamond tumbled glass or Tranquility river rock and white sand, add Metropolitan stones if you like, and finish the firebox in porcelain.

Possible Downsides

If you want a modern linear fire that lives outside through every season, the WS54 Outdoor is the right decision. The patio looks like part of the house, with a long line of fire at its center.

Choose the Black Diamond burner in its glass colors or the Tranquility burner, add Metropolitan stones if you like, then finish the firebox in black, coffee bean brown, titanium, or copper porcelain.

The Town & Country Story

Town & Country Fireplaces is the luxury gas fireplace brand of Pacific Energy Fireplace Products Ltd., of Duncan, British Columbia. The name has been in use since 2002, and its first fireplaces introduced the clean-face look: edge-to-edge glass with no louvers or visible controls. Every Town & Country is a direct-vent gas fireplace, and every one is certified as a decorative appliance, not a heater. Sweden's NIBE Group has owned all of Pacific Energy since 2023.
