Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find the manual for my old RSF fireplace?

Find your model on this page. Each one links to the owner's manual, installation manual, or brochure we found. The model name and serial number are on the fireplace's rating label, and some links go to archived copies or third-party sites rather than the manufacturer.

Are parts still available for discontinued RSF models?

Usually, yes. Industrial Chimney Company still builds RSF fireplaces in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, and RSF dealers order parts by model and serial number. Parts for the oldest models can be harder to find, so ask a dealer before you plan a repair.

What replaced my discontinued RSF?

Where we know it, each entry lists the model that replaced it. Many RSF names carry forward, so a discontinued Opel 2000 or Opel 2C is an ancestor of today's Opel Plus fireplaces. Check the current lineup too.
